Every boat in our fleet is registered with the Marine Department and inspected annually.
Adult and child sizes on every sailing — fitted before departure, not handed out at sea.
If the marine park closes for weather, a free date change — no fight about a refund.

How Booking Works
Questions
Use the finder at the top of this page — three questions narrow it down to two options. Or message us directly: most guests get a confident answer in five minutes.
Most tours include hotel transfer, an English-speaking guide, insurance, lunch and drinking water. Not included: national park entrance fees (Koh Haa, Koh Rok) and alcohol. The exact breakdown is on each tour's own page.
Yes, for hotels in Patong, Karon, Kata and Rawai — on every sea and land tour. Staying further out? Message us your hotel name and we'll confirm the small transfer add-on, if any.
Most tours suit kids from age 3–5. Each tour page has a "Who it's for" section with a minimum age. High-activity tours (ATVs, long sea crossings) are best from age 8–10. Travelling with a toddler? Message us and we'll suggest a lower-risk option.
Honest answer: long open-water crossings can be uncomfortable in rough weather. We carry tablets on board. If you're worried, pick a tour with a short sea leg (Yao Yai, Phuket City) or ask us about the wave forecast for your date — we always warn guests in advance.
Very common — one or two sea days plus one land day. Message us your dates and we'll put together a simple combination with no scheduling clashes.
Full deposit refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before departure, on every tour. Inside 48 hours, we'll move your date once for free. If we cancel due to weather or a park closure, you choose between a date change or a full refund.
Yes — every sea tour is available as a private charter: your route, your schedule, your boat. Land tours can usually be arranged privately too. Message us for details and pricing.
