This Public Offer (the "Offer") sets out the terms on which Blue Sea Phuket (TAT License No. 34/07215) provides tour and excursion services booked through this website, WhatsApp, Telegram or by phone. Making a deposit or full payment constitutes acceptance of this Offer.
A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit is received and acknowledged by our team. The remaining balance is payable in cash or by card on the day of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guests may cancel free of charge, with a full deposit refund, up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations inside 48 hours are eligible for one free date change instead of a refund, except where the tour itself is cancelled by us.
If a national park, pier or route is closed by the relevant authorities due to weather, we will offer a free date change or a full refund, at the guest's choice. We do not operate any tour we consider unsafe.
Guests are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup point on time, disclosing relevant health conditions in advance, and following crew and guide safety instructions during the tour.
All guests are covered by passenger accident insurance for the duration of the tour. Blue Sea's liability is limited to the value of the booked service, except where limitation is not permitted by Thai law.
